My card payment wasn’t accepted. What should I do?

Payment transactions may not be successful for a variety of reasons, including:

-Incorrect card details (such as an incorrect address or CVV code)

-Bank restrictions (check with your bank or card provider)

-Security flags from our payment processor (Stripe)

First please recheck your payment details are correct and your bank has not placed any restrictions on your card.

If your payment details are correct then your card may have triggered a security flag from our Stripe payment processor.

Then you can try our alternate payment method using Paypal Guest Checkout by following these steps:

Step #1: Go to your "Cart" page and if your tickets are still there then you can click the red "Checkout" button to proceed. (If not, you can go back to the main store page and add your tickets to cart.)

Step #2: On the "Checkout" page enter your email, name, and address details then click the yellow “PayPal” button.

Step #3: In the popup window from PayPal click the bottom button “Pay with Credit or Debit Card”

Step #4: On the “check out as a guest” window enter your email address then click “Continue to Payment”

Step #5: Enter your email, name, address, and card details. Then click “Pay Now”. (Note: If you don’t want a PayPal account, then you can turn off the toggle at the bottom for “Save info & create your PayPal account”)

Double-check all information to ensure your payment goes through PayPal successfully. You should receive a success notification once your PayPal payment is accepted.

What is the 2025 Event Refund Policy?

You may fully refund your ticket for any reason up until 30 days prior to the event start date by sending an email to "[email protected]"

If there are less than 30 days until the event start date then tickets are not guaranteed any refund. However, please email "[email protected]" if you are unable to attend the event and we will try to assist you as best we can.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets may not be transferred to another person. All refund requests must go through "[email protected]"

Where do I get my receipt / confirmation email?

If you want to look for it in your email inbox the subject line of the confirmation email is: “Your ticket for SEO Mastery Summit Saigon 2025” and it has been sent from [email protected].

You will receive that confirmation email when you register for the event. That should have everything you need. If you can’t find your receipt/confirmation then email [email protected]

I have just completed my registration. How do I get my invoice?

Please email [email protected] with your company name and billing address to receive an invoice for your purchase.

I have a group of people I want to go to the event with, can I get any discounts?

Yes, we have group discounts starting at parties of 10 people or more. Just reach out to [email protected].

What is the difference between “Saigon” and “Ho Chi Minh City”?

They both refer to the same city. After the Vietnam-American War the city was renamed from the old name "Saigon" to the new name "Ho Chi Minh City". People in Vietnam often use “Saigon” out of habit because it is a shorter way to address the city.
